mixed feelings
today was my 2nd day of school... got 2 modules with ron and it was like hell to me... i simply dont appreciate his way of teaching and so unfortunate that he is my personal tutor for this sem... i had done with his past modules- yr 1 sem 2 ggt, yr 2 sem 1 ihro, yr 2 sem 2 gom and is like i will nv get As for his modules. haha... my final sem in sb and i guess cos of his 2 modules my gpa is predetermined. well, let me summarise what i have been doing on moday(1st day of school). my lesson on monday started at 9am and ended at 4pm. mrt was exceptionally congested and on my way to meet qy, i saw a big bunch of sp students crowded at the mrt station. as usual, i like to judge from their bahaviours whether or not they are yr1s(=p)... i started to recall my first day in sp. my class gathered together at control station there and climbed up the slope together looking for the classroom for our econs module-i will nv forget bcos the very first day first lesson our lecturer cum tutor by the name of tan lim lusia reprimanded us for being late! =p. as days passed by, u will no longer see many ppl waiting at the mrt station.
ytd my 1st lesson was professional preparation. i kinda interested in this module cos i can really take up what i have learnt and applied in my career, esp the part on the designing of my own portfolio( i finally got to figure out what exactly portfolio is about!!). though is mila's lesson, but yet i dint get to yawn in her class =p as for my 2nd module, it is integrated marketing in tourism, nothing much to say so skip. after all my lesson had ended, me and qy went for our hair cut at international plaza. i simply like my new hair style and it the ever first time a haridresser told me about “cheng ci gan" and had spent more than a hour to finish cutting. reached home bout 6plus going to 7.
as for today, my first lesson was mathematics for business. to think i got As for all maths related stuff in pri, sec, poly 1s and 2s, i kinda stressed up with indices today. had to keep troubling qy to coach me, apologising now haha... after that went to bizlib to print out lecture notes for ron's lesson at 1pm( airline services management)and 3pm(resort management). i told my vanes and qy as if he will gain commission like that keep saying must get the books by hook or by crook. i had bad experience last sem with his gom module, told us to get the textbook but in the end it was not of a great help to me. the textbook he recommended had many examples but were all based in united state( very chim ones!!)... i got a strong feeling the air transportation and resorts book he asked us to buy today would be more towards the united states... we shall see... anyway i dont intend to get a copy for each maybe i would go by the crooked ways...=p
well for tomorrow, haha my lesson will be starting at 1pm and finishing off at 2pm. will be accompanying vanes for haircut and maybe i shall colour my hair ?? after that will be our shopping time!!
